I am in town visiting, and we were eating Jack fish & chicken wings & my BIL Stan Fischer & my sis Val said try Lafayette P Canada 's sauces & I obliged. I like them all but my favorites are the extreme garlic & original mild. I will definitely get some before I head back to Georgia. These are awesome, sir.

We think your package/presentation for your Wing Sauce is very well done and impressive. As you mentioned: “slow down and savor life’s delicious moments, one perfect wing at a time.” We really had fun and enjoyed every bite. The sauces, in general, are very good. My favs are the Original Mild & the Lemon Pepper. They are both very tasty & I am partial to anything with lemon flavor (i.e., lemon chicken). Curt’s favs are the Lemon Pepper & Extreme Garlic. Curt thought both were very flavorful and tasty. He doesn’t normally like garlic, but liked this one. I do like garlic, so the Extreme Garlic was my # 3. We both thought the flavor, texture & consistency of all were very good. So, then it comes down to personal preferences. We thought the labeling of the bottles was true to form & was what was expected. Pricing is one of those things that is relative to what an individual is willing to spend. We gave pricing a (4) across the board because now that we have tried the product, we feel it is well worth $7.00. Last but not least, we both felt the Spicy Hot was, as the others, very flavorful and tasty, but way too hot for both of us, & Curtis likes hot (not me). For someone looking for hot, this is a good option. I like the disclaimer…. (WARNING). So, to answer your questions: - Do the descriptions make you want to try the sauce? Absolutely - Do they accurately describe the flavor profile & heat level? Yes - Is there anything unclear or misleading? No Thanks again. Love, Doris & Curtis
